At Hough Street Elem, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 20% over the 5-year window — from 13.2:1 in 2021 to 10.6:1 in 2024. Despite that, the gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has actually widened — from 2.2:1 below in 2021 to 4.8:1 below in 2024.
