What we're seeing
At BALMORHEA ISD EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY, the student:teacher ratio has risen 5% over the 5-year window — from 8.2:1 in 2020 to 8.6:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 is roughly flat (~6.8:1 below).
